Article 1 (The service)

These terms set out the conditions for using the "Animal ZOO Fan Club" (the "Service") operated by Daisybird (the "Company"). By completing the sign-up procedure you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

Article 2 (Fees and payment)

The membership fee is ¥500 per month (tax included), charged automatically by credit card when you join and on each monthly renewal date. If a payment cannot be confirmed, the Company may suspend access to content.

Article 3 (Member numbers)

Member numbers are issued in order of joining. If you cancel, your member number expires as a rule; if you rejoin within 3 months of cancelling, the same number can be restored.

Article 4 (Use of content)

Copyright in photos, audio, text and other content provided through the Service belongs to the Company or the rightful owners. Reposting, copying, redistributing or posting content to social media is strictly prohibited. Membership may be revoked without notice if a violation is confirmed.

Article 5 (Comments and posts)

Defamation, posts against public order and morals, and behaviour that troubles other members or the performers are prohibited. The Company may delete posts it deems inappropriate without notice and may revoke membership in serious cases.

Article 6 (Cancellation)

Members may cancel at any time. Fees already paid are not refunded pro rata on cancellation.

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

The Service may be temporarily suspended for maintenance or similar reasons. Except where caused by the Company's own fault, the Company is not liable for damage arising from use of the Service.

Article 8 (Changes to the terms)

The Company may change these terms as needed. Important changes will be announced on the Service.
